Master List!👇🏻

The simplest way to go ALL IN on low tox living!👇🏻

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Kim and I’m a doctor of chiropractic by trade, a busy work from home mama in the day to day, and a passionate low-tox living educator. I am blessed with an amazing husband, one son (7), two daughters (4 and 22 months), and a new Whoodle puppy named Otis 🙂

When I became a mom in 2016, my whole world changed. I had known for years that there are toxins that lurk in our homes and everyday products, but it was never something that took up much of my brain space until my son was born. Suddenly my life’s mission became keeping him safe. I wanted to do everything in my power to create an environment that would allow him to thrive as he grew. The problem was, I didn’t know how. And when I tried to research, there were so many conflicting views and opinions that it left me paralyzed with no real action steps.

Thankfully, God put the right people and information in my path and over these last seven years, I have become empowered with knowledge of how to create a low-tox home for my family. The reality is that you’re never going to be able to control the environment outside your home, but you can control the environment inside your home, where you spend most of your time.

Now before we jump into learning, I want to make sure you understand my goal in creating this program and all of the resources I’ve created to help moms reduce toxins in their homes. My purpose is not in any way to create fear or stress but instead to empower you to make intentional choices about the environment your family is living in.

”For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

I don’t believe that you, your spouse, your kids, or anyone else in your life benefits from you living in a state of fear. Making low tox choices when it comes to your family’s lifestyle and environment is about living with intention. Honoring our bodies as temples by being intentional with the choices we make. The level at which we are able to do that is going to look different for everyone, and that’s okay!

So as we go through this together and you become empowered with knowledge and action steps to create the low tox life you’re looking for, remember through all of it the best thing you can do is to be filled with gratitude. It is a fact of neurology that gratitude and fear cannot co-exist… so if you ever find yourself stressed or fearful learning about toxins in your environment, take a breath and shift your mind to gratitude; gratitude for the knowledge you’re learning, gratitude for the strong incredible bodies we’ve been given, and gratitude for the family you’ve been blessed with that set you on this path in the first place.
